‎"I'll be happy when..." is a myth. If we're always waiting for something to be happy then it will always be a step away. Don't procrastinate happiness. Be happy now. (If you want to procrastinate something, procrastinate worrying.)

SG Episode 178 - Fear into Action




Affirmation of the day: "I redirect negative emotions into positive emotions". If you're feeling down, redirect to Thankfulness. If you're feeling Fear, redirect it into Action.


I know fear isn't an emotion but if we convert Fears into Actions we'll start feeling better.  Happiness frequently comes from achievement.  If we get in motion we can get our mind off our Fears and focus on progress.

SG Episode 177 - Goals for your W&M




We can achieve great success by taking daily actions toward our goals. I recommend selecting Weekly & Monthly goals for maximum progress. Surveys show that only a small percentage of people set goals at all. If you set Weekly & Monthly goals and write them down, you'll be leading the pack.

SG Episode 176 - Blasted!




Sometimes people get mad and start yelling for no good reason. Don't worry. That's their problem, not yours. You're supergood no matter what. Maybe if you let them vent, they will feel better. My advice: remember to breathe (and try not to laugh).
