SG Episode 148 - Deliberate Affirmations
Affirmations are the things we repeatedly tell ourselves. Affirmations condition our subconscious mind to take us in the direction of our repeated thoughts. This is a powerful concept. Not only are most people unaware of this phenomenon, many unknowingly harm themselves with it. I recommend using deliberate constructive affirmations to steer our lives in the direction of our dreams.
